That depends on the time available and how many final images you need per person.

Send us your approximate team size and we’ll recommend the most suitable session length.

Yes. A clean white or neutral backdrop can be included, with alternative colours or more bespoke options available by quotation.

We recommend getting in touch once your date and venue are confirmed, particularly for Saturdays, peak wedding season and Christmas events.

That said, last-minute dates do occasionally become available, so it is always worth asking.

Yes. Your date is secured once your booking agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. The remaining balance and payment schedule will be clearly outlined before you book.

Brand collaborations are quoted individually because each event can vary in hire time, styling, branding and print requirements.

We typically arrive 60 - 90 minutes before your hire begins, giving us plenty of time to install, style and fully test the booth before your guests step in front of the camera.

We never rush the setup - the booth will be ready and looking flawless before the first photograph is taken.

Can the booth be used outdoors?

Can the booth be used outdoors?

Absolutely. The Keeps Club booth works beautifully outdoors and is perfect for garden parties, marquee weddings and summer celebrations.

All we need is a flat, stable surface, nearby power and a properly covered space to keep the booth protected from direct sunlight and changing weather. We’ll confirm the setup with you or your venue beforehand, including a backup location where needed.
