The Digital Experience includes unlimited photo sessions, instant sharing and a private online gallery containing all the photographs from your wedding.
The Print Experience includes the same digital experience, with physical photographs printed throughout the night. You can also add our linen guest book, with duplicate prints and messages collected by your booth host to create a keepsake for you to take home.

Both experiences include three hours with The Keeps Club, professional-quality photography, flattering studio lighting, personalised booth screens, instant digital sharing, a private online gallery and a dedicated host throughout.
We also take care of delivery, setup and collection, so everything is ready before your guests arrive.
The Print Experience includes all of the above, with personalised photographs printed throughout the evening.

Yes. An elegant white backdrop is included in all experiences.
You can upgrade to a romantic fabric-draped backdrop in ivory or burgundy, with custom fabric colours available by quotation.

The Print Experience includes printing throughout your three-hour hire, up to 800 photo-strip prints at 2 × 6 inches or 400 postcard-style prints at 4 × 6 inches.
You can choose the format that best suits your wedding, with every design personalised for the occasion.

Of course. Both experiences include three hours of booth time, with additional hours available for £85 each.
Extra time is subject to availability, so we recommend adding it before your final wedding schedule is confirmed.
How far in advance should we book our booth experience?
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend getting in touch once your date and venue are confirmed, particularly for Saturdays, peak wedding season and Christmas events.
That said, last-minute dates do occasionally become available, so it is always worth asking.
Is a booking payment required to secure our date?

Yes. Your date is secured once your booking agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. The remaining balance and payment schedule will be clearly outlined before you book.

Yes. We’re based in Conwy and regularly work across North Wales and Chester, but we’re always happy to travel.
Just send us your venue details when enquiring and we’ll confirm availability and any additional travel costs.
How early do you arrive to set up?
How early do you arrive to set up?
We typically arrive 60 - 90 minutes before your hire begins, giving us plenty of time to install, style and fully test the booth before your guests step in front of the camera.
We never rush the setup - the booth will be ready and looking flawless before the first photograph is taken.
Can the booth be used outdoors?
Can the booth be used outdoors?
Absolutely. The Keeps Club booth works beautifully outdoors and is perfect for garden parties, marquee weddings and summer celebrations.
All we need is a flat, stable surface, nearby power and a properly covered space to keep the booth protected from direct sunlight and changing weather. We’ll confirm the setup with you or your venue beforehand, including a backup location where needed.
